Dr. Gail
Ali
President/CEO
Dr. Gail Ali is both a veteran management consultant and consummate higher education professional. Her drive for excellence and passion for supporting others in achieving their dreams is documented through the successes of her direct reports in both business and academic settings. She founded The Doctoral Mentor, which supports and guides doctoral students in this tenuous academic journey, and this non-profit organization, Sisters Breaking Glass Together, Inc.
Dr. Suzanne Morrison-Williams
Vice President of Marketing and Social Events
Dr. Suzanne Morrison-Williams is the owner of Dr. Sue Speaks LLC and the Amazon Best Selling Author of Bossladyship: Color me a Bosslady. She is a published author on many topics in the field of education and speaks nationally on a variety of topics impacting education, leadership and the role of women in management and leadership.
Dr. Julie Carrion-Rivera
Secretary
Dr. Julie Carrion-Rivera holds a Ph.D. in General Psychology and brings more than 20 years of experience in social services and education. Throughout her career, she has supported at-risk youth and families through counseling and has provided therapy for individuals with mental health disorders in assisted living settings. Deeply committed to giving back, she teaches undergraduate psychology courses and volunteers in her community by leading positive psychology sessions for older adults.
